Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP present a mock reinsurance arbitration between Batman Insurance Co and Spiderman Re. Witnesses for both sides give 'live' evidence under fierce cross-examination. Who is telling the truth? Can Spiderman avoid liability? Can Batman aggregate the losses? You decide.  "
